This is classed as a mainland UK address with the Post Office (BUT) is classed as overseas in all other concepts. So I am entitled to good cheap postage, and VAT exemption as I do not live in the Country. I notice in my receipt I have not paid VAT, now, hopefully you already know about BFPO addreses that have been around for about 80 years, hence why you have not charged me for VAT. Although..
